Susan has been certified in QuickBooks since 1999 in addition to 26 years of corporate management experience. She specializes in business needs analysis and customization of QuickBooks. In addition to her QuickBooks, QuickBooks Advanced, and QuickBooks Enterprise certifications, she is also a Microsoft Office Master Instructor.

Carol has been with One 2 One, LLC since 2002 and has been a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor since 2006. She is certified in QuickBooks, QuickBooks Enterprise, and QuickBooks Point of Sale. Her specialty is QuickBooks bookkeeping, payroll services, and customer support.

Sara is QuickBooks certified and is currently on a maternity sabbatical. She is helping us out remotely on an as-needed/as-available basis.

Allen is our Sales & Marketing specialist. While he is also a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, his specialty is management of customer relations and our entire office. He is also a Director for BNI (Business Networking International).

Randy is our graphic artist. If you're looking for a Photoshop wizard, Randy's your guy!

Robin is our newest associate. She is currently working on a specific web-based project for an international association who is integrating their web-based software with QuickBooks.

PROTECT YOUR IDENTITY

Don't sign the back of your credit cards. Instead write "Photo ID Required"

 

When writing checks to pay bills, don't write your complete account # on the check. Only use the last 4 digits. They vendor will know which account to apply the payment to.

 

Place the contents of y our wallet on a photocopy machine. Copy both sides of each license, credit card, etc.  You will know what you had in your wallet and all of the account numbers and phone numbers to call and cancel.  Keep the photocopy in a safe place.
