Susan has been certified in QuickBooks since 1999 in addition to 26 years of corporate management experience. She specializes in business needs analysis and customization of QuickBooks. In addition to her QuickBooks, QuickBooks Advanced, and QuickBooks Enterprise certifications, she is also a Microsoft Office Master Instructor.
Carol has been with One 2 One, LLC since 2002 and has been a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor since 2006. She is certified in QuickBooks, QuickBooks Enterprise, QuickBooks Point of Sale, and has recently added Advanced Certification to your credentials. Her specialty is QuickBooks bookkeeping, payroll services, and customer support.
Allen is our Sales & Marketing specialist. While he is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor and a Director for BNI (Business Networking International).

Don't sign the back of your credit cards. Instead write "Photo ID Required"
When writing checks to pay bills, don't write your complete account # on the check. Only use the last 4 digits. They vendor will know which account to apply the payment to.
Place the contents of y our wallet on a photocopy machine. Copy both sides of each license, credit card, etc. You will know what you had in your wallet and all of the account numbers and phone numbers to call and cancel. Keep the photocopy in a safe place.
